Creative Direction
The goal was to visually reflect the duality at the heart of the song:
admiration and unease, beauty and disorientation.
We developed a dreamlike narrative in which the protagonist watches a performer she idolizes—until she is gradually and inexplicably pulled into his role.
The video explores the shifting relationship between artist, audience, and identity.
Visually, I aimed to balance elegant, controlled compositions with subtle, unsettling transitions and tonal shifts.

Post-Production Approach
In post, I focused on reinforcing the video’s tone and narrative clarity.
Editing: Structured for emotional progression and visual rhythm
Sound design: Added foley to ground the opening and enhance realism
Color grading: Developed a cohesive, cinematic look to support the mood

The final video successfully captured the intended tone and narrative, and the client was highly satisfied with the outcome.
